My journey into wellness started with yoga. I came for the exercise, but during a difficult time in my life I discovered it was so much more than that — a way to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with myself. That experience changed the way I move through the world, and it's what inspired me to share these tools with others.
With over eight years of teaching experience, I founded Elevate with Sara to bring wellness to everyday people — seniors, working adults, and anyone simply looking for a little more joy and balance in their lives. My approach is simple: no barriers, no intimidation, just practical tools that fit into real life.
I believe self-care shouldn't feel like one more thing on your to-do list. It should feel like relief.
Whether I'm leading a chair yoga session at a senior living community, guiding a workplace team through a midday reset, or bringing a little movement and fun to a local event — my goal is always the same — to help people feel stronger, lighter, and more present in their everyday lives. Because when we take even the smallest amount of time for ourselves, we show up better for our families, our work, and our communities.
